Lind’s Ice Cream is having a new look for its first ice cream shop, preserving the identity of vintage local artisan ice cream shop. The old building is where Lind’s opened its first shop.
The original building was an old house that has been renovated several times. The owner feels that this legendary ice cream shop needs a new look, especially for the interior space. The existing layout has few problems, giving an ‘old’ and ‘dark’ feeling that seemed not pleasing anymore for nowadays.
The new layout plan removes some walls that caused ambiguity of the existing space, giving more spacious seating area, also with a new bar design. To recall the feeling of legendary ice cream shop for customers, vintage-look materials and finishings are chosen to represent the original brand identity itself.
